Stocking Stitch and Double Crochet Patchwork Square

The second issue of the Knit & Stitch magazine included two balls of yarn from Bergere de France – Barisienne yarn in colours Melisse and Angelite. Also as a bonus this issue included a crochet hook in size 5.5mm. I really like the crochet hook, it has a nice lilac metallic shine to it.

The Angelite (violet) colour is for the throw’s patchwork square 2D. It’s knitted in stocking stitch using 3.5mm knitting needles.

The Melisse (white) colour is for the cushion’s square 1A. It’s worked in double crochet using a 5.5mm crochet hook.
